Can't disconnect a Bluetooth device

I have a fitbit charge HR that I think it draining my iPhone 6 battery as its permanently connected through Bluetooth. I have gone into the 'i' next to the device in Bluetoot, and it only says 'forget this device'. How can I just disconnect it? And connect when I want to sync without turning Bluetooth off all together and loosing the other device?
